uncertainties that surround future energy costs. Thus, many chose
to take up our EcoHeat Energy Services packages.
Drawing on our own service engineers and
our network of local partners, these are tailored to suit each
customer from a menu of options including:
- 'Dial-up remote boiler monitoring and control.
- Routine maintenance & attendances.
- Call-out & breakdown repair.
- Annual servicing
- Heat / fuel supply: you pay pro rata for heat supplied
based on a pre-agreed tariff.
- Capital finance (subject to status).
- Duration 5 - 25 years.
Note: the comprehensive packages generally
suit larger customers (£10,000 of energy use or more per annum).
However, the following are more widely available.
- 'Dial-up remote boiler monitoring and control.
- Annual inspection and service (available for all boilers
and giving extended warranties on certain products).
