About Econergy
Founded in 1999, Econergy is the acknowledged UK leader in the design and supply of complete biomass heating solutions to the public and private sector. By the end of 2010 Econergy had sold nearly 500 projects making us the most experienced biomass heating specialist in the UK.
As of December 2011 Econergy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of British Gas.
Econergy delivers commercial projects to the end customers direct or via contractors, led by our regionally based Project Management team. Our national service team with regional service engineers provides UK wide support. Domestic boilers are installed and serviced via an extensive network of installers.
As the authorised distributor of leading European biomass boiler manufacturers Fröling GmbH and KWB GmbH, Econergy offers boiler installations from 10kW to 2 MW. Econergy is fully approved for small and large projects with Constructionline, CHAS health and safety, MCS installer approval, Hetas and a REAL code member.
